Advanced options include:

•Expect 100-Continue behavior during web requests - When enabled, this setting may conserve bandwidth when uploading files to web-based backup destinations, at the potential cost of additional latency. We recommend leaving this setting disabled unless you're receiving an HTTP 417 (expectation failed) errors during uploads to HTTP-based backup destinations.
 

•Run system service process at background priority - When enabled, this option allows the SQL Backup Master system service process to run at background priority - causing it to yield CPU cycles and IO to other processes. When disabled, the SQL Backup Master system service will run at normal priority. Changes to this setting will not take effect until the SQL Backup Master system service is restarted.
